Ingredients: broccoli (cut into small florets and soaked in salt water for 30 minutes to wash), purple cabbage (cut into small pieces and washed), garlic (chopped). -

Put the broccoli into a pot of boiling water and blanch, remove after 2 to 3 minutes. -
