Peel the onion, wash and shred. -

Wash the lamb chops and add scallions, ginger slices, star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves. -

After boiling, remove the lamb chops, wash and drain. -

Place in a baking pan, brush with oil, and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. -

Sprinkle cumin powder and add shredded onions. -

Place in the preheated oven and bake at 220 degrees for about 30 minutes. -
