Wash the asparagus and cut off the old part at the end -

Peel and slice potatoes into thin slices -

Steam the asparagus and potatoes for about 10 minutes -

Cut bacon into small pieces -

Put it into a pot, stir out the oil and stir-fry -

Drain excess oil with kitchen towel -

Cut off the tender heads of the steamed asparagus for serving, and cut the other parts into small sections -

Add an appropriate amount of water and half a box of thick soup into the pot and cook until melted -

Put the steamed potatoes and asparagus segments into the food processor -

Add the cooked stock -

Start the machine and whip -

Pour the asparagus puree back into the pot and heat -

Add some butter -

Add appropriate amount of milk and stir into a thick paste -

Add some salt and black pepper to taste and turn off the heat -

Put the asparagus heads and a few bacon bits on the plate -

Add appropriate amount of asparagus soup -

Can be served with a slice of crispy garlic bread
Tips
If you have stock at home, you can use soup stock if you don’t have it.
