Ingredients required: one white radish, Thai pepper, garlic, ginger, and wild sansho pepper. -

Wash the white radish, cut it in half and cut into thin slices. -

Sprinkle salt and marinate evenly for half an hour. -

Marinate until moisture comes out. -

Clean and dry. -

Cut Thai pepper into cubes. -

Cut the ginger into shreds. -

Slice the garlic and put it all into the radish slices. -

Two spoons of rice vinegar. -

Two spoons of light soy sauce. -

A spoonful of sugar. -

A bag of wild peppercorns. -

Add the juice together. -

Stir evenly. -

Put it in a sealed box or glass bottle. -

Put it in the refrigerator to marinate overnight. -

Tips
After pouring out the water from the pickled radish, be sure to rinse it with clean water.
