How to make vegetables with dregs
1. Add cold water to the bean noodles, filter out the bean dregs, put it into a pot and cook for about 30 minutes. [Stir frequently when you first start cooking, and don’t stir it once it’s boiled]
2.Cut As a side dish, I used mussels cut into thin strips and set aside. You can use green vegetables or Chinese cabbage.
3. Chop the washed onions, coriander, and garlic cloves into a bowl.

6. After the vegetables are cooked, add a small amount of sweet vinegar or mature vinegar. [Add vinegar step by step. If you add it all, there will be no more pulp] Turn off the heat as soon as it rises once.
7.Put it into a bowl. When eating, add a little of the dipping sauce prepared above to the bowl, then add a spoonful of vegetables with dregs and eat with rice.
