How to stir-fry assorted vegetables
1.Prepare the ingredients.
2.Cut out the corresponding shape.
3. Chop onions, garlic, and dried chilies and set aside.
4. Heat oil in a pan, add onions, garlic, and dried chilies.
5.Pour in all the vegetables and stir-fry evenly, add some vinegar and salt, stir-fry over high heat for four to five minutes.
6.Plate it on a plate and serve it with rice.
