How to make enoki mushrooms for lazy people
1. When buying enoki mushrooms, try to buy fresh ones so that they taste better when mixed.
2.Remove the bottom. If you want it to be more tender, remove more and don't throw it away.
3. Soak in salt water for a while. This is the correct way to wash fungi in my opinion.
4.Rinse with clean water and gently squeeze dry. Then steam in a pot over water, boil the water over high heat, then steam over medium heat for five or six minutes, turn off the heat and steam for two to three minutes. I have a larger amount of enoki mushrooms and spread them thickly, so they steam for a longer time. The steaming time depends on the amount of your ingredients.
5. During the steaming process , to prepare minced garlic.
6. Chop chives.
7.In a clean bowl, add minced garlic, chopped green onion, salt, vinegar, light soy sauce, sesame oil, and chicken essence, mix well and set aside.
8.Steamed enoki mushrooms.
9.Pour the prepared sauce on top of the steamed enoki mushrooms, mix well and serve.
