How to make sesame beans
1.Pinch off the ends of the beans, wash them and cut them into 3 cm long segments.
2. Pour the beans into a pot of boiling water and blanch them (add a little oil and salt to keep the beans fresh and green). Remove the blanched beans and drain them in cold water.
3. Prepare a small bowl, add minced garlic, light soy sauce, vinegar, sesame paste in sequence. If the sesame paste is too thick, add two to three times the cold boiled water, a little salt and half a teaspoon of sesame oil. Mix well.
4. Drain the beans and place them on a plate.
5.Pour the mixed sesame sauce on top of the beans and serve.< /p>
