How to make potato balls
1. Peel and slice potatoes
2. Steam in a steamer for about 15 minutes
li>3. Steam and press into puree. Add salt and sugar. Stir evenly and add starch in batches.
4. Shape the potatoes into meatballs and control the size yourself.
5.Put 50% hot oil into a pan and fry over medium heat until golden brown .
6. Remove and control oil
7.It can be served with salt and pepper, or honey sauce.
