Pork ribs in cold water
Add ginger slices, cooking wine, and blanch in water to remove the smell
Remove the blanched ribs
Wash with warm water
Drain and set aside
Heat in the pot and cook Oil
Add onions, ginger, aniseed, cinnamon and bay leaves to the pot
Add pork ribs and stir-fry until fragrant
Add water to the pot to cover the ribs
Add appropriate amount of salt
Simmer over medium-low heat for 45 minutes
Add in carefully selected master-grade red soy sauce to make it more delicious. The ribs are bright red and not easy to turn black
Reduce the juice over high heat until the soup is thick
Sprinkle some white sesame seeds for garnish, and place on the plate
