Try not to have too much salt, otherwise it will be bitter. After marinating, you can put it in a bottle or find a convenient bag. It can be stored for four to five months. Every year when the toon is cheap, I buy a lot of it and pickle it. I save it for later taste. I usually scramble eggs.
