Heat the oil in a pot, beat 2 eggs into the pot. -

Fry until both sides are lightly browned. -

Cut into diamond-shaped slices and set aside. -

Wash the cabbage. -

Cut into small pieces. -

Blanch until cooked and drain into cold water. -

Put the blanched cabbage on a plate. -

Adequate amount of salt, light soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil to make a sauce. -

Place the sliced omelette on top of the cabbage, garnish with millet pepper, and pour the prepared sauce over it. -
