Finally, sprinkle a layer of sesame seeds, seal with plastic wrap, and place it at about 15℃ for fermentation. It will be ready to eat in about 10 minutes.
Tips
1. All utensils must be fully disinfected and kept dry.
2. After washing the tofu, be sure to control the moisture.
3. Various powder ingredients can be prepared according to your favorite taste.
4. Fermentation is best between 15-20℃. If it is summer, it is best to put it in the refrigerator for fermentation, which will take a little longer.
5. During the fermentation process, you will see small bubbles in the container. This is caused by fermentation and is a normal phenomenon.
