Ingredients: steamed black rice, duck eggs, green beans, potatoes, onions, bacon. -

Dice bacon and vegetables, rinse potatoes with water to remove starch, and drain. -

Beat the duck eggs with salt and cooking wine. -

Heat the oil in a pot, pour in the egg liquid, stir-fry into pieces and serve. -

Add bacon and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant. -

Add in diced potatoes and stir-fry for 2 minutes. -
