Pork liver preparation. -

Soak in water for an hour. -

Remove the pork liver, put water in the pot, add the pork liver and boil. -

Cook the blood foam and remove it. -

Put the pork liver in the electric pressure cooker, then add the onion, ginger, garlic, bay leaves, dried star anise red pepper, cinnamon, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, and white sugar. -
