Prepare ingredients. -

Mix sterile egg yolks and sugar and beat until pale and set aside. -

Add Earl Gray tea powder to the whipped cream and whip until it resembles yogurt. -

Then pour in the egg yolk paste and mix evenly. -

Pour the ice cream liquid into a clean, water-free and oil-free container, seal it with a lid and freeze it overnight. -
