Ingredients: glutinous rice, black rice (soaked overnight in advance). -

Red beans (soaked overnight in advance). -

Zong leaves (soaked and washed). -

Mix the glutinous rice, soaked black rice and red beans and wash them thoroughly. -

Next, take the rice dumpling leaves and tear off the curled parts on both sides to use as rice dumpling ropes. Use scissors to cut off the damaged parts, roll them into a funnel shape, and add two meters of red beans. -

Wrap it according to your own method and tie it with brown rope. -

Then, put them in the rice cooker and add water to cover the wrapped rice dumplings. -

Close the lid, plug in the power, press the cooking button and cook for 3 hours, and it’s ready. -
