Preparation: goose meat. -

After cleaning, add ginger slices and steam over low heat for 45 minutes (subject to steaming doneness). -

The steamed goose meat can be inserted with chopsticks into the water and it will be cooked until there is no blood. -

Let it cool slightly, cut into pieces and serve on a plate. -

Dipping ingredients: Chop garlic and shallots and top with hot peanut oil, light soy sauce and sugar. -
