Chop cabbage, dice onions, remove seeds and dice red peppers, dice small potatoes, and dice tomatoes and set aside. -

Sliced chicken breast marinated in Spanish slow cooker with black pepper and salt. -

Put all ingredients into a cast iron pot, make a base with cabbage, then add marinated chicken breasts, red pepper cubes, onion cubes, potato cubes, diced tomatoes and peas in sequence. -

Add white wine, tomato paste, and chili powder and simmer for two hours before serving.
Tips
1. The original method is to use a whole piece of chicken breast, and the chicken breast is sliced to make it more delicious.
2. Be sure to use low heat when simmering.
