Tear off both ends of the green beans, break them into sections, and clean them. -

Add some salt to the boiling water, blanch the green beans until half cooked, remove and cool. -

Slice the cooked beef tendons, and chop the ginger, shallots, and dried chili peppers. -

Heat the pan with cold oil, add onions, ginger, peppers, and beef tendons and stir-fry. -

Cook in cooking wine and light soy sauce. -

Add the green beans and stir-fry evenly, add a little water and simmer for 2 minutes, then add salt to taste. -
