1
Prepare the ingredients and soften the butter. -
2
Put all the dough ingredients except butter and salt into the bread machine and knead the dough. -
3
After kneading into a ball, add butter and salt and continue kneading. -
4
Just knead out a relatively thin film! Roll into balls for basic fermentation! -
5
Divide the dough into 8 portions, roll into balls and rest for 10 minutes. -
6
Roll out the dough into an oval shape, turn it over and add an appropriate amount of chocolate beans. -
7
Roll up from the sides and tighten the seal. -
8
Bend into a U shape! Place it in the baking pan and use scissors to cut out the notches! Carry out secondary fermentation! -
9
Ferment until doubled in size and sprinkle flour on the surface. -
10
Bake in the middle rack of the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Cover with tin foil halfway, otherwise the surface will be too dark! -
11
Remove from the mold and let cool!
Tips
The brown sugar I used is relatively fine, so I can knead the dough directly. If it is brown sugar with large particles, use the water in the formula to heat it and melt it, then let it cool before use!
