Separate egg yolk and egg white. -

Add 2 egg yolks to 500cml milk and stir evenly. Add 50g corn starch and stir evenly. -

Pour the prepared milk into the pot, add a slice of cheese, stir over low heat until thickened. -

Put the prepared milk paste into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours to solidify. -

Unmold the refrigerated milk paste, cut into pieces, brush with egg yolk, place in the air fryer at 200 degrees, and bake for 12 minutes.
Tips
When stirring the milk, stir constantly to prevent it from sticking to the pan.
