Wash the green onions, cut into chopped green onions and set aside. -

Tips
1. It is recommended to use Thai fragrant rice to cook rice and keep it fresh in the refrigerator for one night after cooling. The fried rice produced in this way will have a dry texture.
2. Adding a spoonful of dark soy sauce to the fried rice will make it salty enough. Whether you need to add more salt depends on your personal requirements.
