Soak dry rice noodles in cold water until soft. -

Wash the ingredients and set aside. -

Cut cabbage, green peppers, and onions into shreds, and cut chives into short sections. -

Beat the eggs with salt, cooking wine and a little water. -

Heat the oil in a pot, pour in the egg liquid, stir-fry into pieces and serve. -

Put additional oil in the pot, first add onions, cowpeas, and cabbage and stir-fry for a while. -

Add green pepper and fry for a while. -

Spread the rice noodles on the vegetables, add appropriate amount of water, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. -

Add chives and scrambled eggs, add salt and light soy sauce and stir well. -
